We suggest checking your ‘junk/spam’ folder to see if your order confirmation email is there. If you do not see one, please check your bank statement to ensure you were charged on your account.

You will receive a second email once your order has left our distribution facility and is on its way to you. This second email contains your tracking number and tracking link.
