What do I include in my return?Updated a month ago

To return your boots here’s what you need to do:

STEP 1: Put unworn boots in the original Blundstone box and place in a cardboard carton (you could use the one the boots came in). Keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. The order number is your reference if you need to contact our customer service.

STEP 2: Please complete all the steps in the return portal here. The return form must be included in your return shipment back to Blundstone. The shipping label goes on the outside of the shipping box.

Please do not tape up the Blundstone boot box and return it as the shipping box – use the box that the boots shipped in or something similar. Failure to do this may result in our being unable to issue a refund or exchange. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund for the value of the product[s] purchased onto your original method of payment, less the $10 flat rate return fee.

For exchanges, we refund the original order less the $10 flat rate return fee within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned item. In the meantime, you receive an invoice to complete for the new product. If you pay the invoice right away, we will arrange to ship the new product to you on the next fulfillment day. Alternatively, you may wait to receive the refund before paying for the new product.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return at a cost of $10 which is deducted off your refund during processing.
