What do I include in my return?Updated 7 months ago
With your return, please include your name, phone number, an email address, your order number or a copy of your receipt. To return the boots here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Put unworn boots in the original box and place in a cardboard box (you could use the one the boots came in). Keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. The order number is your reference if you need to contact our customer service.

Step 3: Choose a postal service to send the boots back to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges.
Please be sure to keep the tracking number on your receipt for reference. Blundstone is not responsible for ensuring your boots make it back to our warehouse. If the package is lost in transit please open a claim with your carrier.
Please do not tape up the Blundstone shoe box and use it as the shipping box – use the box that the boots shipped in or something similar. Failure to do this may result in our being unable to issue a refund or exchange or deducting a damaged box fee from your refund.
