You may return or exchange your online purchase for size, fit, or style reasons within 45 days of date of purchase, provided it has not been worn, damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, polish or conditioner, washed or altered. 

Returning your online purchase is easy, but first, please try your item on in your home until you are satisfied that it is the correct fit. If you are unsure whether you have the correct size, please contact us here. Depending on the style you have ordered, we may be able to assist you in the proper fitting and expectations of fit before you send back a pair of boots that may be right for you. 


Please remember the following:

  • You have 45 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return or exchange at a cost of $10, which is deducted off your refund during processing. 
  • Items purchased online at cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our dealers. They must be returned directly to us.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on
  • All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging or they will be refused.
  • For refunds and exchanges, a refund will be issued on the original order less the $10 flat rate return fee within 3 business days of receipt of returned item. Exchanges will be sent a new invoice to complete.
  • If our warehouse is unable to accept your return or exchange, the item will be returned to you without credit.
