When will I be charged for my pre-order?Updated 2 months ago

After your pre-order is completed you will see a charge on your payment method to secure your pre-ordered item. If you need to change or cancel your pre-order please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. When your pre-order item is ready to ship you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. Please note, if you placed an order for an in-stock item with your pre-order item, we cannot ship them separately. Please place a separate order for your in-stock items.
