Do you offer free shipping?

When will my items ship?

How much is flat rate shipping?

If your order is less than $100 (before tax) we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.

How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?

Please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email before clicking the track & trace link. This gives the courier time to pick up your order from our warehouse.

Why did I recieve two shipping emails?

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

As long as the billing address and shipping address are both in Canada we can deliver the order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes however, depending on the PO Box's location it could take longer than 3-7 business days.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

No, at this time we can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders.

Why do I have to sign for my package?

If you order amount is more than $100 you must sign for your package. If you are not at home when a delivery is attempted by Canada Post or FedEx a notice card will be left. Please follow the instructions to get your package successfully delivered.

My order has already shipped but it now needs to go to a different address

Unfortunately we are unable to intercept packages once they have left our warehouse. Please make arrangements to get the package from the address originally provided.
